Review content:
We had received very good service from Albert Nahman Plumbing & Heating in the past. But this time, we were displeased with their service. First of all, they charged an arm and a leg for a basic faucet, air gap & garbage disposal installation. We agreed to it becasue we really needed it done that day, and we had been happy with their service in the past. Only after the technician left did I realize that he had taken with him our previous air gap (which was like new), and any instructions/product registration cards, etc. that may have been in the packaging and that we may need in the future. Since *we* were providing all of the materials, none of it was his to take! He should have asked us if we wanted to keep any of it before simply walking away with it! Secondly, after about a half hour of him working, I heard conversation in the kitchen. When I went over to the kitchen, he introduced me to his "apprentice" -- He had allowed entry to our house to his "apprentice" without first letting me know that someone would be joining him. And lastly,the day after they did the work, I wrote the company an email about our less-than-stellar service. They never responded. Very disappointing for a company that had provided good service in the past. Based on our experience this time and the ridiculous rate they charged for this job, they won't be our first choice for our next job.
