My water heater started leaking and I called Home Depot to inquire on purchasing and installing a new heater. They have companies that work with them and they referred me to Fast Water Heater. I got a call from the company and they were very clear on what services and kind of water heater that they can provide. They scheduled me the next day and I met with Erick G. He was called 30 mins before coming and was ready to haul my old heater and replace it with a new one. Erick was very pleasant and funny to work with. I had to ask him to leave my old heater since I had to claim for water damage with my home insurance. He was so nice to let me know that he was willing to come back and pick up the heater once inspection was done. I was very happy and grateful. Erick informed me to just wait for the city inspection since in LA everything has to have a permit and just to call if there are any problems. I highly recommend Erick G. He is very professional and got the job done in 90 mins. I never felt I was taken advantage because I was a woman, which i commend as a company.
