I stayed here one night in October 2014. The 'refundable deposit' was $280.00! This is to deter transients I was told. They can see my drivers license was from out of state, they can see my bank is from out of state, so I was not happy. The room was about $85.00 and was on the 2nd floor facing South of the Interstate. I would not stay here again. I chose it because I wanted to use the pool that night, but it was closed. The room had a smell like animals, the air conditioner was noisy and outer part of it was broken. I found and it also had a 'smell' when turned on. I just wanted to use it as white noise to cover the semi-truck engines in the parking lot nearby. The curtains hung over the air conditioner so of course then the morning sun was not blocked out completely because it blew them around. Was not a pleasant experience from the minute I inquired about how much a one night stay was. I will never utilize Super 8 facilities anywhere ever again. I didn't feel like a trusted 'guest' at all. I was glad to be out of there, just because of the smell. Made me worry if there were roaches, bed bugs, or fleas because the room just didn't smell clean. The water had to have been shared with another room because when the person in the next room used theirs, my water went cold.
