My wife is in the Special Care Unit here at Kindred so she has set visiting hours. I work during the week so I can only visit at certain times. I try to come as many times as I can. I came and visited her on Saturday night and she was very tired so I thought I would let her rest on Sunday morning. About thirty minutes into Sunday morning visit get hours I got a call from one of her nurses. I was very worried and asked if my wife was okay, the nurse said "Oh yes. She's fine! We were worried about you since you weren't here to visit. We just wanted to call and make sure that you were okay and hadn't been in an accident!" I'm not even one of the patients here and they make me feel like a VIP! All of the nurses, aids, respiratory therapists and rehab techs are so wonderful. This place is filled with angels!!
