Not sure why Neffsville is listed as "small". They have numerous vets, and from what I understand a large practice, including a spa.I can't lie, I miss the days of the Nyland brothers. They were fantastic and very consistent. I believe the daughter of one of the Nyland brothers is excellent. I have to agree with some other reviews I have read, that Neffsville's prices are high for services. That being said I feel the practice is very competent with their treatment of my dogs and cats over the past 20 plus years.
