Im going to keep this as short and sweet as possible. I booked an apt to receive an ombré, but I left with orange hair that looked like it had been dip dyed. No I did not say anything before I left because I wanted to give it a chance. This was September 8th, 2 days before hurricane Irma hit south west florida. Because of this and because I was about 34 weeks pregnant I evacuated the state of fl. We didn’t come back for a little over a week. Once getting back, I still absolutely hated it And I did not feel comfortable going back there to get it fixed. The reason for this was, every stylist who was in the shop at the time told me how absolutely amazing it looked, when that was very much not true. Even the owner told me it looked great. So that being said, i went to a good friend mother who is a stylist and showed her what happened. She was so appalled at what they did to my hair , it took about 6 hrs of color correcting and 300$ later to fix what had been done. About a week or so after I got my hair corrected , we got in contact with the owner and told her about our experience and just asked for our 150 back. Which she refused todo and also accused me of messing my own hair up ? Then proceeded to block us on Facebook messenger when we were nothing but polite about the issue. Furthermore , the cut was not even either.
