Called Mark- Ed Plumbing this afternoon at around 4pm and spoke to a gentleman in the office and asked if it was possible that someone could come today and help fix a problem I had with some plumbing issues and was told that all the guy's were either done for the day or working on other jobs, he asked me to explain what I needed and I did and he told me he was going to call the boss ( Mark) and see if he could help me out. About 10 minutes later he called back and he told me that Mark would come and pick up a truck and be there shortly, I was gob smacked that he would come probably after hours to help me out. Long story short he showed up fixed me up and was very reasonable in his pricing and a nice guy to boot. So if you need a good plumber I highly recommend Mark-Ed for your needs. Excellent customer service.
