Craig Oldfield was very king and professional in the performance of his job cleaning our dryer vent that goes out through our roof. Craig was even able to advise me as to the problem with the dryer that was not working properly after the first vent cleaning. Our Sears dryer technician, Sarah W., was then able to come out and fix the dryer properly. Once the dryer was working correctly, Craig came back out and recleaned the dryer vent (30 day warranty, so no additional charge!). I really appreciate Craig's pleasant personality and helpful information. We will continue to use Sears for our appliances/repairs, as we have for decades, due to the excellent service received by Craig and his associate Zachary C. I also recommend utilizing the Sears protection agreements on appliances, as these have saved us hundreds of dollars on any maintenance/repairs needed. Many thanks to the fine technicians mentioned for their great work!
