Review content:
The weight that I have lost has been a positive experience in my life. I am physically able to see changes with my body and close family and friends have been very supportive. The experience I have had with the staff at the clinic have mostly been positive with the exception of a few instances where improvement could have been made. I remember a remark that a staff member had said to me the very first time I had enrolled. I had to be filling out paperwork at the counter and someone on the staff had said Excuse me, this sign up area is only for members. You will need to move so we can take care of OUR customers. I will never forget that comment as the tone of voice used was extremely rude and degrading however, I have been with the program since March so obviously, it did not detract me away from doing business with this clinic. Also, when I come in to speak to the nutritionists, most of the time it's anywhere between 2-3 minutes of consultation and it ends up costing $70 dollars. I a
