I use them for bi-weekly cleaning and have done so for a number of years after getting a recommendation from a neighbor. I am always pleased with the outcome. Bathrooms and kitchen are always sparkling clean, floors are swept and mopped, carpets are vacuumed. They don't really have enough time in my house to do a thorough dusting but they do get the noticeable areas so that is good enough for me. I schedule a deep cleaning every 6 months to have all of the areas they don't have time for in the regular service and that always turns out well! I much prefer them over the individual I used to use years ago who just would flake on me at critical times like just before a holiday like Christmas or Thanksgiving. These folks are VERY reliable and I never have to stress about that problem anymore.
