Review content:
They say you have cavities when you don't and will cost you thousands over what insurance pays. They overcharge and recharge for payments received that they already deposited. Their office manager Nev is completely on organized and can't keep track of receivables. Nev, Leslie and Jennifer are nasty mean and vindictive and refuse to release your personal records even after release forms are signed if you have any kind of balance left over. This is in direct violation of HIPAA law and has been reported. The dentists screwed up a simple replacement filling allowing me to leave while in excruciating pain telling me to give it 10 days and it will be better. It got worse and when I called 10 days later telling them they must fix it, Jennifer didn't care and made me wait another week. Once I went back, dr worked on it fir about her hour and it still wasn't right. I had to go to another dentist to fix it. The filling should've taken 45 minutes according to their own calculation but they took over 2 hours the first time. Definitely don't be impressed by their equipment because it means nothing when they screw up and say teeth have cavaties when they don't. Those disgusting office staff should all be fired and they should get serious educated people to work there.
