Review content:
Everyone at CNY is extremely friendly and they provide a welcoming environment for patients. They are very accommodating and understanding. Whenever I was running late for an appointment they never made an issue of it. There was one time when I thought I needed to cancel as I was late leaving my OB appointment, but the staff did everything to get me in although I was 45 minutes late. They are such caring and compassionate team of people. I couldn't have asked for a better team of providers. The atmosphere from the time you enter says so much about the quality of service. I could go on and on forever and still not be able to capture it all in words.
