Buyer Beware. I had Mauzy install a brand new Lennox system in my home for just under 12k. The installers did not even bother to finish sealing the unit to the A/C ducts. So, for over a year I got to pay to heat and cool my attic which was VERY EXPENSIVE.
I was told by their tech that my unit was not installed to code and the company to date has been unwilling to stand behind their installation. Recently had them out to help figure out why water is pouring into my house through the ceiling from the AC unit. They found the problem, which in my opinion was due to their negligence at the time of installation and charged me $577 to clear a twelve foot condensation line, the repair took 20 minutes with no parts involved.
I think they should rename their company from Mauzy to LOUSY!!!
