Sean C of Fast Water Heater Company submitted a quote to replace our electric water heater with another product.
1) By all indications he knew the product.
2) He explained all of the options available.
3) After consideration and discussion we determined that the Rheem heat pump would best fulfill our needs.
4) We ordered the system via the company office and Sean came today prepared to install the heat pump in an expedient manner.
5) The work was completed from removing the old hot water heater, installing the new heat pump, purging the system of air, adjusted/tested the system, fully educated the family in the operation/warranty information, placed all required stickers on the system, and left the site cleaner than it was at the start.
6) I have managed and worked with many service people over the years and can say that Sean was a professional in his actions, work habits and answering all questions presented to him.
