Circuit breaker kept blowing in the house. I needed help troubleshooting the problem.
Michelle at Wes Carver was polite, professional and talked me through scheduling and described the service fee and upfront pricing policy.
Kyle, the electrician, arrived the next day, calling ahead to let me know when to expect him. He listened to my description of the problem and then very systematically and carefully inspected each part of the circuit. The circuit breaker in the 200A box was changed. I took him up on his offer to conduct a free safety inspection which is included in the $59 service fee. Kyle provided me with a list of potential services and the costs associated based on his inspection. No pressure to commit, no "save x% if you agree to the work now. He let me know that financing was available if I was interested. Very impressed and appreciative of the service I received.
