Review content:
We are long time South Shore users because of the great work they do with heating/cooling systems. We recently needed a plumber and after several calls to local guys (with no response) we called South Shore and asked if they did general plumbing work. They said yes and sent over one of their guys who arrived on time. The work was done very professionally, he had the parts, tools, and know how. He cleaned up the work area completely and even cleaned the sink! We always thought of South Shore as our HVAC guys but now we also think of them as “our plumber.” They’re large enough to have office staff who always answer the phone but small enough to care about the work.
