the queen concert at the colosseum was amazing,but what was even better was dinner at SPUMANTE.my lovely wife Lisa had the I loved the seafood salad everything in it was tender and perfectly marinated.Lisa said the stuffed salmon was delicious. my pork chop with the vinegar peppers brought me back memories of my grandmother ....perfetto.the grand finale tiramisu, from the owner wife tina and homemade orangello.we are not waiting for another show we are going back next week .service with a smile good prices great food one of the best places we have been in a long time.
