I met Bob Fuchs today for the very first time. I must say with total honesty, Bob was very professional, very informative about diffrent options. I believe he is probally one of the best people I have ever come in contact with at ARS. I have been a customer for more than ten years. Always a good experiance great service. But Bob had a kindness to him that I could feel the moment I met him. ARS should be very proud to have Bob represent them. Much thanks to you, Marcia Garcia
