I called Hays to check my AC unit since it was making some unusual noises during certain times of the day and night. My service professional was Jerry S. In a short time he was able to diagnose the problem and also performed some additional service. My wife and I were so impressed that we signed a 1 year maintenance agreement. When the time comes to replace the unit we will contact Hays.
