In the last month I've had service from both Loren and Zack with coordination from Olivia. I wish more businesses would take their cues from Simeone and update the customer with reminder texts, and phone calls prior to the technician arriving (with updates on their eta window). Both technicians were friendly, professional and helpful. I'm the type that likes to know how things work and often attempt to do them prior to calling a professional. So as a female, I appreciated a level of discussion rather than being talked at or down to. High level of confidence from the get-go that they knew what they were doing, and all processes were transparent and efficient - from emailing of estimates & invoices to payment. Their rates seemed on the higher side than others - but it's been several years since I used a plumber, and the last one hacked the job. So I'd rather pay a wee bit more and have confidence and some guarantees of the work. Thanks guys - I'll be recommending you on my neighborhood site when it comes up again. C
