we've lived here for about 40 years, and had recurring problems with stopped up sewer lines and 'bellies.' The last time Meetze came out, the service man suggested "next time" (as the previous man had about a shower leak) and this time he suggested we look at the drainage system (I don't remember his exact words). So this time when I heard the familiar gurgling I called in saying there was no rush. Tammy fixed me up with Jimmy right away, who has been great! He clearly explained what was wrong, how it could be fixed, and then gave me an estimate. He also suggested the service agreement (which we may not need now that the system is fixed). I went for the whole deal and today Jimmy and his sidekick worked for about 9 hours, including time to fix a leaky tank and doublechecking that there were no other leaks. I am delighted with the 'fix' after all these years. I'll be back with Meetze in the future
