Mark T., son of owner of Turk Heating and Cooling, is a great young man who is a gentleman, very knowledgeable, and above all, he is very, very honest. Several times he would tell us that he wasn't going to repair something because it was still good, but he could see there was wear on a particular part. He takes the time to explain things well and is very polite!
