This place is horrable!!!! When I tried to call in to get maintanence issue the automated phone answering service always hung up on me. So I tried to use there website and wrote to them several times and no answer. I have to go in several times and request things and they never do it the first time you ask. For 2 years I told them that the light above my vehicale was out and it was very dark and I could not see when going to and from my car in the morning and at night. When I moved out it was still not fixed. I ended up divorcing my husband and we both moved out early. We were charged for new carpeting even though when we moved in it was old and had not been changed from the previous renter for 2 years and we lived there for 2 1/2 years. They are charging me for the full length of my lease even though it is ready to be rented out again but there prices are so rediculous and everyone knows not to rent there. They are charging me over $7000 and they will not work with you on payments they want it paid in full and now when I tell them that I can not pay in full they are telling me that I refuse to pay.
