I have been taking my cars to DuPage Auto Werks for at least twenty years. My experience with them is varied: with multiple cars, over many years, and with simple and complex jobs. The kind of work they've done for me range from standard oil changes or tire replacements or wiper blade changes to intricate electrical work, or complex body work including a major rebuild of a Volkswagen. They are very knowledgeable in their field. In other places, I've found, there is a possibility of getting surprises. Dwayne and his crew will tell you exactly what they know, what they don't know, and what could happen. They are communicative and upfront. I feel like they act as trusted advisors and not like a car dealer trying to rip you off. I've had a long view of this company and the people there, and I would recommend them very highly. I am extremely satisfied with their work and service.
