Review content:
Contracted for roof, gutters, and front porch. 26,800 dollars. Took longer than anticipated, but I expected that being a contractor myself for 40 years. Workmanship very good.
Small glitch with picky inspector at the end, but I volunteered to kick in a couple of hundred bucks on a small fix that neither Bobson or I anticipated.
Final invoice included small amount of wood required to fix roof.
I never chased a customer for nickles and dimes. I have gone back when there was a significant difference based on mutual mistake, but never for nickles and dimes on a job that made good money. This job made them good money.
Evidently their business model is different. Other than that they did fine.
