Rescue Rooter came out and put in a new water heater, the installer was great! The problem comes from the accounting office. Rescue Rooter and I agreed on a price, including the use of a gift certificate of $400. Today I received the invoice from my credit card company charging me an extra $400 from what was agreed upon. Rescue Rooter says it is Home Depot's problem not theirs even though they are the ones I paid. I talked to Dan at Rescue Rooter today and he told me that the only person I could talk to about this wouldn't be in until Monday, I asked what if I had waited until Monday to pay them and he couldn't give me an answer. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Never again will I use this company. My next step now is to place a review on Yelp, Facebook and any other social media I can think of.
