A Rep from this company came to my home to look at our bedroom closet. I think she spent a total 15 min to look, design, get my payment and leave. Well, the quality of what I ended up getting was commensurate with the little time she spent at my house. I needed multi levels of hanging space for various lengths of clothes, and a couple of shelves. what I got was a bunch of shelves and a couple of hanging rods; and the price was ridiculously high for what I got. I called her and said this isn't going to work at all, it was another week before she came back, and another week before they came to remove the shelves and put in more rods. Upon calling their office, I asked for the e mail of the Owner and was "disconnected" I tried again and was put on hold "forever". Here's the thing: my clothes still hit the floor and there isn't enough space to hang the longer items, there is no room for either my shoes or my purses.
