After doing my homework, going on line, and calling different closet installers we selected CLOSETS BY DESIGN of MANASSAS, VA - BIG MISTAKE!\r

They did not show up on time, they took 4 days when they said two, the installers left the closets a complete mess... Saw dust every where, nails and industrial staples sticking out. \r

The workmanship was less than satisfactory, what was specified with the designer did not get built. Still have ties and clothes that have no place to go in the closet because the design specs by their designer were not actually followed by the installers. \r
\r
Called their corporate office to complain and all we get is "RUN AROUND..." worse was the attitude of the "Corporate" employees who scheduled these guys. Had to tell our story to four different people within the organization and the issues still remain unresolved.\r

Asked to speak to the Franchise Owner and was told "He does not keep an office here and we never see him." <- Explains Everything!\r
