They seem like pros, they entered with cloth things on there feet, nice uniforms, new truck, then hell broke loose, they sweet talked me like they knew what to do, I wanted a washer and dryer connected along one wall, when i returned they had it connected along the wrong wall, they said there is no refunds, and to just wash on the other wall that it was no big deal. so for some dumb reason, i accepted it, well the next day my basement floor was soaked i seen where it was leaking, i called the guy returns and says it is not his fault, the company who made the pipe was at fault, he needs 200 more for materials, after paying 4200 you would think they would care. i paid the 200 extra and it still leaked, now i am fed up with them, i called someone else and they fixed it for $135, what a mess and mistake.
