Rob F. was the Jones Service professional who performed the annual service on my home AC unit this morning 8/14/2017. . Rob was kind, knowledgeable and respectful, he is a valuable representative of the company and a very good reason to not only continue my association but also to extend recomendations to family, friends , and colleagues.
