I would give them negative stars if I could. They were supposed to deliver a dunk tank on 8/12 between 8 AM and 9 AM. They called me at 8:45 that morning to cancel because of the weather (due to the "risk of thunderstorms" and the "safety of their crew" "ALL jobs are canceled today"). Funny thing is, according to every news channel in the greater Boston area there was not even a chance of thunderstorms and only a 15% chance of showers. Turned out to be a beautiful day with no rain. Can you imagine a company canceling all of their jobs for no reason at all? Big party, wedding, or other event? Sorry, if sprinkles are in the forecast, these guys close up shop. My guess is that they just didn't see it was worth their while to deliver, so they canceled. Luckily Big Top Party rentals in Tewksbury came to our rescue. If you hope to get your items as promised, stay far away from Primetime Party Zone. If you don't mind if your party is ruined, they are the people for you!
