Very disappointed with the office manager Brisa when I came in with a Groupon for a check up, X rays and dental cleaning in which she ignored my wishes in that at this time I did not want a $65.00 deep cleaning. I said I was unemployed and also put that on the application as well and I just wanted a regular dental cleaning. The Dentist seem to be straight forward and pleasant and the dental hygienist was nice as well. But don't appreciate the office manager Brisa up selling me to a deep cleaning that I cannot afford at this time. After finding out that a deep cleaning was done on my mouth instead of a regular cleaning I was very upset and that the bill of $65.00 was on my account for what I told her straight out that I did not want. I feel that she was lying to me and trying to squeeze money out of me that I don't have. I specifically went to this office to get a second opinion from a dentist that I went in May in which they said I needed a regular cleaning and that I need to get two lower molar filled to protect against enamel loss. The dental cleaning at my dentist is free and under my Medi-Cal plan. So why would I pay $65.00 for a deep cleaning. Which proves my point that this office manager is not being very ethical in this office and to beware of her!
