We live in a neighborhood where everyone struggles with roots. The trees are very old and there isn't anything you can do about it besides regular maintenance- BUT, you need to know who to call and Roto Rooter is the place that everyone calls! Our first time- now 6 years ago, we dealt with another company, they left our house filthy and had no idea what they doing, essentially wasting our time and money. Now, when I call, I let them know to send the hydro-flush equipment and each time 2008, and 2011- they are here in a timely fashion, work hard, and get the job done to perfection. It is stressful to have water in your basement and this company solves the problem- and important for me, they are clean and clean up after themselves. Thanks!
