My home is 7 months old and the pipes back up frequently. Had them come out to clear a back up and use a see snake to figure out why the back ups are so frequent. I'm on septic so I'm very concerned about flushing or draining anything that shouldnt be. Nothing was found other then flat pipes and a slight bump. With the see snake I could watch how water acted when toilets and drains functioned. Three days later the pipes backed up again, but I know how to clear these back ups now and how the water flows to create or clear them. Both men were helpful and charged fairly for service. They also recommanded Angel Soft or Scotts to help prevent back ups.\r
