I have Roto-Rooter come to my home every 9-12 months for routine cleaning of my drains/pipes. It was getting towards the one year mark when I noticed water backing up in my basement. I called Roto-Rooter and they were able to come out at my earliest convenience. The receptionist on the phone was very kind and the plumber, Dennis, was wonderful. Dennis explained everything he was going to do and even let me look thru his camera to see what was in my pipes. I couldn't believe the amount of roots that had grown in over the past year! He was able to get a specific machine to completely clear the lines but before he was finished, he noticed sewer drainage was close to backing up in my basement. With that, he went out to the street, uncovered the manhole and found the sewer was backed up about 8 feet in the manhole.
