Review content:
The plumber arrived within the estimated time to my home in grand rapids. He was polite and gave me his card. He didn't lose his temper when the equipment jammed, which required the use of other equipment which would have normally cost more. He cleaned up the splatters on the wall and surrounding areas from the equipment. He also gave me a coupon discount with out me having to print it off, and a bottle of pipe guard.
