Review content:
Edd from Roto-Rooter came the same day we called to fix the kitchen faucet. I was panicking the night before when the faucet broke (what would I do without it), and was relieved that he could come out the same day. At the same time, I was concerned because the time he was coming was my toddler's naptime, and my worktime (I work from home). He was so quiet I barely knew he was here. He fixed the faucet quickly, cleaned up after, and was very pleasant about answering my questions and explaining the problem. IDEAL for a busy working mom!!
Thanks Edd and thanks Roto-rooter. I will call you again for any other plumbing issues (I'm working on a list right now....)
