On Wednesday 3/30 we used the Roto-Rooter website to request an appointment between 8 AM and 12 Noon on Saturday 4/2. I received a follow-up phone call the next day, informing me that our appointment would be scheduled between 9 AM and 11 AM. At about 8:40 on Saturday morning, the service technician called to let me know he'd be arriving in an hour. As if on cue, at 9:40, he arrived and began work. I explained what was going on, and he already had a good idea of where to start. He made me feel completely welcome to either watch what he was doing or to just let him go about his business. It took a little time to get his equipment and get started, but in no time at all he had successfully resolved the clog. He was efficient, courteous, and professional. I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again if I have another problem.
