Kevin, my Tech called and gave me an arrival estimate. Despite exceptionally poor weather, was prompt. Pleasant and professional introduction. Quickly identified the base issues that I called about, then proceeded to do a more complete inspection. Took photos/video of the seen issues, presented a number of options w/ pros and cons well laid out. No pressure was made for any services, etc, that were not needed. No attempt to 'up-sell', Issue resolved before estimated time of completion. Kept informed as to progress the whole time. Finished, carefully reviewed all work done, and all suggested future work (with useful, and realistic estimates to allow me to budget) Exceptionally pleased w/ Meetze in general, and Kevin in particular. Will highly recommend to others
