I purchased my stair chair left from Progressive in October, 2016. I have found dealing with this company impossible. As a senior citizen with several disabilities, I am deeply regretful that I contacted this company for my stair lift need. I live in Pittsburgh, and the service for my repeated failures is to bad, I had to get a competitive Dealer to meet my service needs, at out of pocket cost. Senior Citizens, beware and do your on line research, before buying from this company. They are NOT senior citizen QA oriented. L. Spangle
