Eric was very nice and personable. He checked everything. He changed the filter first, then checked the heating as Fernando didn't come back last time to do that. He went up on the roof and came back down and then checked the air conditioning. He went back up on the roof and then he checked the vents with his tool as the air was blowing out until he thought it was right. I had no problems with Eric. I think he did a good job. He said he hadn't been with the company for very long but he did ok and he was very courteous.
