Dr. Gaines is very professional and friendly in his interactions with his patients. His knowledge of how to treat allergy or asthma has been very impressive. His treatments are not the "cookie-cutter" type but individual to each persons needs and symptoms. Getting scheduled for an appointment takes a little time because of the large clientele. Another doctor has been brought into the clinic. This has improved the lag time from calling for an appointment to when it is scheduled. ALL nurses are friendly and also professional with the patients. For small children needleless shots are provided if desensitization shots are necessary. Going to Dr. Gaines what the best decision I have made in taking care of myself!
