Dry Creek Medical Clinic in Erwin, Tn. I totally agree. The staff here is beyond rude. They are incompetent.. I've been going there for four years only because I have no insurance. She you receive substandard care because you have a limited income? I think not. I'm 64 years old and will be 65 October 1st. I'm so glad to be able to use my Medicare and go somewhere that doesn't make my blood pressure go sky high at the thought of dealing with the office staff. My BP will rise to 210/103 while I'm there. When I take it myself, it's normal. What does this tell you? Please, if you have a complain, don't fail to complain. The number of the main office is on your bill. Call and let them know what's happening, Please
