Mitch came out to our house on Dec. 14, around 4:45-5:00 to relight the pilot light to our fireplace insert. He was friendly, did very well with our dog, who loved him, and explained what he was doing as he took care of the pilot light. I told him I wanted to watch and he agreed that it was fine. He cleaned the point where the pilot light should flame from. He explained it was dirty and then told us about Bratcher's cleaning fireplaces for only $40. He also explained it could be added to a contract if that was what the customer had. He got the pilot light going within about 7 minutes and set the flames at our desired height. I liked his friendly, confident nature. I felt he knew what he was doing. Hopefully, we will be able to have him come out in the future for maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner.
