Review content:
I went to this establishment to support local business owners. this was my second visit here and i needed an oil change, check the brakes and an estimate for my air conditioning problem for my Jeep. I waited over an hour and a half and got the estimate of $500 for the air conditioning (not surprised!) brakes are fine and a free oil change. Wow! I pull out of the parking spot and hear something odd, I decided to drive down the street to see if it persists and it does. I pull over 2 blocks down the road and check out my tires...LUG NUTS WERE NOT PUT ON ONE WHEEL! I called down there, a nice man came down and tightened the wheel up but thought there might be some damage to the wheel, so I went back to the shop. Luckily, no major damage, got new studs and lug nuts for that wheel and checked out the other three. Mistakes happen and I realize this, but my problem is with the Manager and other employees on duty that morning. I never received an apology for the carelessness of the employee wh
