I went away on an extended vacation. I had been a loyal customer of Bunky's and trusted them with my puppy and older dog. Although thankfully I had friends and people to check on them. I booked BUNKY'S to come to my house and walk the dogs 4 times a day. On the day I was scheduled to leave I wanted them to walk the dogs in the morning even though I was home. No one showed up. I called just to make sure there wouldn't be a problem. (my 4 month old puppy is being crate trained and needs to be let out on time) I was assured that they would let the walker know that these times were exact.
While I was away I was not receiving my scheduled text just to let me know the dogs were ok. I called and they said they would let the walker know. I did not receive any texts or calls. Then my housekeeper wrote me an email to let me know the walker missed 2 walks on Monday and wasn't doing the things on my note. I also received a note from bunky's saying my puppy was sick which my roommate sister housekeeper and friends all said just wasn't true. Don't trust these people with your dogs. Unless you expect your dogs to tell you they haven't been walked.
My friend who I recommended to Bunky's has a similar story.
Pros: They seem very proffesional
Cons: They may or may not show up or actually walk your dog. or it may be just til they go?
