Carstar Auto Body Repair worked directly with my insurance company and a rental car company to fix my car after a really bad accident. My car was only a month old, and the whole right side was totaled top to bottom, front to back. Luckily no one was hurt even though it was a highly damaged car. After the accident, I started trying to figure out how to even handle it. I thought, well I guess I gotta find a body shop. So I found one and got their estimate. It turned out way low -- I thought no way they could've fixed it for $5000. The total repair actually cost $14,000. When I talked to my insurance company, they said they have this one stop thing and it was a huge relief. I'm impressed with Carstar and the car rental company that worked with them made it very easy. The car rental agent was waiting at Carstar and the insurance guy was there also. It was very convenient and I felt in safe hands. I thought no one is going to mess this up. Overall, it was just perfect -- I just drove in, dropped my car off, and got a rental car. The repair took about a month. I felt really good about the work they did and that I didn't have to worry about it. I didn't feel like I needed to call them back all the time to see how they were doing. They called me once a week every Wednesday and told me what was going on.
