This isn't the first car that Carstar Auto Body Repair has fixed for me. Over the last twenty years, they've worked on one car twice for me, after two accidents that were not my fault. They've worked on a friend's car at my recommendation. Most recently, they fixed another car for me and it's better now than the day I bought it. I rear ended somebody and screwed up the total front end of the car. Everything in the front end is new now and it's beautiful. It definitely wasn't as good looking when I got it. I've been recommending them for years. The girl behind the front counter is a hoot. She makes everybody feel like she's known them for years. She's interested in every single thing a customer says, even if they're bantering, she's interested. The guy that did the car stuff was so nice. When I took the car home, it was running a little rough. He said to bring it back the next day and we would test drive it together. Half way back there, the car was back to normal, but he said, "Don't think we're done with you. If you have any other issues, you let us know. We don't just want to kick you to the side." They did that last time I had car issues too. They are so dang friendly, I love it. When I talk to my insurance company, I tell them if Carstar isn't on their plan, I'll pay for it out of pocket -- that's how much I love Carstar. They've never stopped the very good customer service. Since I started using them in 2000, Carstar hasn't changed. They still wash my car every time I go in for an issue. They still tell me if I need anything, I can call them, even if it's not accident related. It's the little things that make me really happy.
