Originally had them out to repair two areas of my roof that were leaking. One had an obvious cause and was repaired well. The other, I was assured, would be taken care of. Overall cost was very reasonable and I was encouraged to call back if I had any issues. Well, I did. The second area continued to leak and has caused significant damage. When I called to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation, I was told someone would come out in the evening to take a look. They never did. When I called to remind them, they just repeated their intent to do so, with "I know, I know." After several reminder calls, I gave up. Cannot hold them to their word, or follow-thru. Completely unreliable. Be wary.
