I was a patient of Arlene for over 20 years. The first 15 or so years she was mostly nice. Then she became more and more condescending and hateful as the years went by. She gave me a test to see if I qualified for bladder surgery. I edited too long and peed. She scolded me and told me that I had just ruined $700 worth of testing equipment (my current doctor said that it didn't cost even close to that amount. Then, a few years later I went in to talk to her about another bladder test. I happened to be 2 or 3 minutes late for the appointment. She blatantly told me that if I were late to my bladder test appointment she would make sure it hurt me! I couldn't believe a medical "professional said such a thing to me. She also used to lecture me that she couldn't do what she needed to do until I got better insurance! Another time as she told me I needed to lose weight to help my bladder (nothing wrong with saying that) she POKED ME in my abdomen!!! If people think she's so nice, keep going to her. I promise you she will eventually turn on you and you'll be eating crow! I even had a mammogram specialist tell me that Arlene has gotten very difficult to work with the last few years.
